1. Order Placement & Custom Work
By requesting quotes, submitting artwork, or confirming printing jobs with Green Apple NX, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All orders must be accompanied by detailed specifications including sizes, quantities, materials (e.g., card stocks, vinyl, labels), and finishing types (e.g., lamination, spot UV, embossing).
2. Artwork File Specifications & Proofing
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted designs, layouts, fonts, and images are correct and optimized for print production. Green Apple NX is not liable for typographical errors, design mistakes, or resolution degradation caused by low-quality client files.
- File Format: We prefer press-ready PDF, CorelDraw (.CDR), Adobe Illustrator (.AI), or high-resolution PNG/JPEG files with CMYK color configuration.
- Proof Approvals: We will provide a digital (PDF/JPG) or physical sample proof for custom runs and structural packaging. Once a proof is approved by the client, production begins. Green Apple NX will not be responsible for any errors (including typos, text alignment, and design placements) that were present in the approved proof.
3. Color Accuracy & Variations
We strive to achieve high color fidelity. However, because of variations in printer calibration, ink temperatures, and substrate coatings (matte vs. glossy papers, textures), minor color deviations are standard and expected in commercial printing. If exact color reproduction is critical, clients must request Pantone (PMS) matching, which may incur additional fees.
4. Production & Delivery Timelines
Production times vary based on the printing method. Digital print jobs are typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Offset, custom packaging, and custom signage fabrication require 4 to 8 business days. All delivery dates provided are estimates. Green Apple NX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs approvals.
5. Payment Terms
For standard jobs, full payment is required prior to shipping. For large custom orders, offset packaging, or corporate gifting runs, a minimum deposit of 50% is required before proofing and production. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion and before courier dispatch or pickup.
6. Cancellation, Reprint, and Refund Policy
Since all printing work is customized and manufactured to client-specific designs, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced. If there is a manufacturing defect, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If verified as a production error, we will reprint the defective portion of the order at no additional charge.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, legal claims, or differences arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhiwandi / Thane, Maharashtra.
